The Signia Pure Charge & Go AX is a rechargeable hearing aid. The Signia Pure Charge & Go T AX is a rechargeable hearing aid featuring an induction loop. The advantage of the Pure Charge & Go is that these hearing aids will last for up to 20 hours a day, so you do not have to worry about them failing halfway through your day. The Pure Charge & Go is available both with and without an induction loop.
Signia Pure Charge & Go AX hearing aids can be adjusted online. This means that we can adjust these hearing aids to your preferences remotely.

Signia Charge & Go 7AX
The Signia Charge&Go AX is the latest and greatest technology Signia has to offer. The New AX line is the smallest rechargeable RIC hearing aid that is full of features. The Augmented or AX platform includes two independent processors. Traditional hearing aids have processed all sounds through one processor. The issue with this, is that all the signals through the one processor are competing against each other. The Augmented Xperience platform has two dedicated processors. Each processor can optimize on different parts of sound and speech without compromising the other. One processor is for Focus Sounds, which includes relevant parts of speech in a conversation. The second processor is Surroundings to help with awareness.

Cros System Explained
A Contralateral Routing Of Signals (CROS) hearing aid is a solution for treating single sided deafness. A Cros is worn on the ear that is unaidable or not able to be helped by hearing aids and transmits the sounds over to the hearing aid worn on the normal ear. Cros devices typically look just like a hearing aid, but it has no speaker. This system allows you to hear sounds from both sides of your head through the hearing aid on your normal ear.
A BiCros is very similar to a Cros system. Expect on this system the hearing aid is treating the hearing loss on one ear and mixing the signals from the Cros. Most manufactures have the BiCros and Cros as the same device and it is just programmed to the best type for your hearing loss.
