The Signia Silk 7X offers a natural listening experience. The device is an invisible hearing aid. Silk X sits comfortably in the ear thanks to the silicone ClickSleeves. With the touchControl app you can turn the hearing aids louder and softer, change programs and adjust high and low tones. All with your smartphone. Via the miniPocket remote control (you must order this separately) it is possible to turn the hearing aids louder and softer and to choose different listening programs.

Silk X is fitted with highly adaptable soft-silicone click sleeves that simply click onto the hearing aids to ensure a level of comfort and secure fit in your ear formerly only available with custom-made housings. The sleeves come in 4 different sizes suitable for most ear anatomies and hearing needs so there is no wait as with other in-the-ear devices.

Personal support at your fingertips
Thanks to Signia‘s TeleCare remote support, you can get direct help from your hearing care professional via the Signia app on your smartphone. Wherever you are. You can control the volume and other settings discreetly via the Signia app or the miniPocket on your key ring.
Cros System Explained
A Contralateral Routing Of Signals (CROS) hearing aid is a solution for treating single sided deafness. A Cros is worn on the ear that is unaidable or not able to be helped by hearing aids and transmits the sounds over to the hearing aid worn on the normal ear. Cros devices typically look just like a hearing aid, but it has no speaker. This system allows you to hear sounds from both sides of your head through the hearing aid on your normal ear.
A BiCros is very similar to a Cros system. Expect on this system the hearing aid is treating the hearing loss on one ear and mixing the signals from the Cros. Most manufactures have the BiCros and Cros as the same device and it is just programmed to the best type for your hearing loss.
